Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available on all worldwide orders over $200.

Note: For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, intimates, and crystal-embellished items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

To exchange for a different size, please return the item first and place a new order once the return is approved.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
