Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

- United States: 4–10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all worldwide orders over $200.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking will be provided for all orders once shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on their country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, intimates, and crystal-embellished items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items (if approved) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email us at: Support@exoticmotion.ca. Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
When are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
